The 10 Minute Mortgage

In the distant future, all intermediary mortgage entities have been eliminated. Banks no longer exist, and instead the rich people of the future must decide who to invest in. Instead, you have to convince rich investors with capital why they should try to support you owning a home. You have one chance, and rich people are busy. If you run out of time, you lose your chance to own a home for the rest of your life. Will you be able to convince them to fund you in time?
